Jobs looking for volunteers:

1.  Welcome Ambassadors  - assist in parking and stabling upon arrival, Wednesday afternoon through Friday morning. 

2.  Dressage Ring Steward for Friday (4) - 2 hour shifts, bit check, 5 minute call

Ring Steward 8am-10am 
Ring steward 10am - 12pm
Ring Steward 1pm -3pm
Ring Steward 3pm-5pm


3.  Dressage Scribe (2) - 4 hour shifts, morning or afternoon; pick up judge's supplies from office (bell, tests, pencils, clipboard, stopwatch, water, etc.)

4.  Dressage Runner (4) - 2 hour shifts; take score sheets to office, keep judge happy and hydrated

Runner 8am-10am
Runner 10am - 12pm 
Runner 1pm -3pm
Runner 3pm-5pm 



5.  Jump crew to set trail and jumping courses, reset poles, rake (it will be a snap if we get 10 pairs of hands) - Friday 5pm, Saturday 5pm, and Sunday, 12pm.

6.  Ring Steward for Saturday (4) - 2 hour shifts, call competitors to gate and communicate number to announcer

7.  Runners for Saturday (4) - 2 hour shifts, take judge's cards to secretary's booth, keep judge happy and hydrated, bring awards to arena for presentation.

8.  Ring Steward for Sunday (4) - 2 hour shifts, call competitors to gate and communicate number to announcer.
